In an evolving media landscape Helen is used to looking at a campaign from all angles, constantly evaluating activity that will achieve maximum results. Helen has significant experience of being accountable as the director of a “lead agency” team on international accounts and has worked closely with overseas partners on numerous pieces of business including hotels, airlines and destinations.
She firmly believes that PR should not work in isolation and at a time when boundaries between PR, social and digital are becoming increasingly blurred, every campaign should be part of an integrated marketing mix.
Crisis and issues management experience includes extensive aviation support working for Air France KLM, Lufthansa and Air Jamaica. For client Stena Line she handles all their UK crisis communications, including issues management over the recent migrant crisis, and has been involved in full scale crisis simulation.
Working with destinations Helen has developed media crisis plans for the Caribbean region and has handled many issues from health and safety to hurricanes.
